  1. Around sunset — light one Relaxation Dhoop stick or one Lavender Breath incense stick while the house is still winding down. Let the room hold the scent.
  2. About 30 minutes before bed — add a few drops of the Sleep Essential Oil Mix to a diffuser, or on a tissue near the pillow.
  3. Every evening, same time — scent is one of the fastest cues the body recognises. Lamps low, phone away, same fragrance, repeated nightly — it becomes part of how you signal that the day is done.
  4. Burn on a heat-proof holder, away from anything flammable, and never leave a lit stick unattended. Keep out of reach of children.
