Refund policy

Overview

We want you to love your PremaNature products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Free returns

Returns are free. If you would like to return or exchange an item, contact us at info@premanature.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we will arrange and pay for the return pickup — you pay nothing for return shipping.

Our procedure

For refund or exchange requests, please contact us at info@premanature.com or via the 'Subscription - Orders' section on the website. Once we receive and inspect your item (unused, in original packaging), we will email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 days, or we will send a replacement in the case of an exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@premanature.com and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: gift cards, and perishable or living items such as fresh aloe vera leaves and frangipani cuttings. These items remain fully covered against damage or defects on arrival.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@premanature.com.
