Shipping policy

PN is committed and strives to give its user/customer the best shopping experience. Domestic orders are shipped within 1 or 2 days and should reach the customer within 7 days from placing the order. International orders less than 40 kg are shipped within 1 or 2 days and should reach the customer within 2 weeks of placing the order. International orders more than 40 kg can take longer to ship depending on the order volume. However, in situations beyond PN’s control circumstances could arise in which PN is not able to deliver within the above timeframe. In such cases, PN shall ensure delivery as soon as possible.
