How to Use – Productivity Ritual Kit

Step 1: Activate the Space
Light a small piece of Camphor in a heat-safe holder or camphor burner. Allow its sharp, purifying aroma to clear mental heaviness, awaken alertness, and refresh the atmosphere.

Step 2: Awaken the Breath
Apply a small amount of the Nose Balm just below the nostrils or on the temples. Inhale gently to open the breath and invite immediate clarity and sensory focus.

Step 3: Create a Focused Atmosphere
Light the Nag Champa Classic Incense and let its grounding fragrance stabilise the mind, reduce restlessness, and support steady concentration.

Step 4: Support Sustained Focus
Add 2–3 drops of the Memory & Concentration Essential Oil Blend to a diffuser, aroma lamp, or bowl of warm water. Let the aroma work quietly in the background to maintain mental stamina and clarity during work or study.

Step 5: Refresh When Needed
Reapply the nose balm or relight incense during breaks to reset focus and maintain productivity throughout the day.
