Ingredients

Himalayan White Sage (Salvia officinalis)
Directions
  1. Light the tip of the sage bundle until it begins to smolder.
  2. Gently blow out the flame to release fragrant smoke.
  3. Hold a fireproof dish beneath the bundle to catch ashes.
  4. Move the bundle slowly around your space, person, or objects you wish to cleanse.
  5. When finished, extinguish by pressing the tip firmly into sand, soil, or a fireproof bowl.
  6. Store in a dry place for reuse.
