How to use
- Bedtime diffuserFill your diffuser with water and add 3 drops Lavender, 2 drops Frankincense and 1 drop Jasmine. Switch it on 30 minutes before bed, then switch it off when you lie down.
- Pillow mistIn a 100 mL spray bottle, add water and 10 drops (4 Lavender, 3 Frankincense, 3 Jasmine). Shake well and mist the room or your pillow cover lightly from a distance, then let it dry.
- Evening foot massageMix 2 drops Lavender and 1 drop Jasmine into 2 tsp coconut oil. Massage into the feet for a few minutes before bed. Wash your hands afterwards.
- Bath bucketPre-mix 2 drops Lavender and 1 drop Frankincense into 1 tsp of coconut oil, then swirl it into a bucket of warm bath water. Never add drops straight into the water.
