I am a certified RYT-200 yoga instructor with a deep passion for both practice and teaching. My journey with yoga began at an early age, during a time when I was searching for balance in a fast-paced, demanding world—and I discovered something far more meaningful: a lifelong path of connection, strength, and inner peace. I completed my training at the Sivananda Ashram in Madurai, India, where I immersed myself in the traditional roots of yoga. Since then, I have continued to deepen my knowledge through the study and practice of Hatha Yoga, refining both my personal discipline and teaching approach. My philosophy is simple: yoga should be accessible, enjoyable, and transformative for everyone. Whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner, I create a supportive space where you can explore your body, calm your mind, and grow at your own pace. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and a compassionate approach, I aim to help you build strength, flexibility, and balance—not just on the mat, but in everyday life.
