We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team in Chennai to help us grow and reach more people. This person will play a key role in promoting our products and building strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and grow the market in Chennai
- Identify new business opportunities through research and networking
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate clients on the benefits of our organic products
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to represent the company and showcase our products
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Spoken English skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented
- Passion for company's mission
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience selling organic products
